Sarah Eaton - Clinic Manager Wild Fern Natural Health

I’m Sarah—the Clinic Manager here at Wild Fern Natural Health. I’m the first person you’ll connect with when you call or visit the clinic, and I’m here to help make your experience smooth and welcoming. I oversee the apothecary, manage scheduling, and support Dr. Brigid in caring for you by answering questions and keeping communications clear so that you can focus on your healing journey.

After 20 years in Ashland, I’ve come to appreciate the slower pace, allowing me to really connect with what matters—my family, my health, and the natural world around us. I love van camping, paddleboarding, and spending time in my garden. As a fiber artist, I love the meditative practice of knitting, and the way craft connects me to the community.

Growing up in a holistic household—from Mt. Shasta and Sonoma County to Sitka, Alaska—I was surrounded by a respect for natural healing and the wisdom of nature. My mom owned a natural food store, and that foundation shaped how I see wellness and the importance of nourishing ourselves and those around us.

I previously worked at The Websters, and I’m thrilled to be shifting my professional life into a realm that aligns with my values around self-care and healing. Being part of the Wild Fern team means I get to be a helper on people’s journeys toward optimal health—a link in the chain of transformation that happens here at the clinic.

Nature has always been my greatest teacher and healer. I’m grateful to bring that perspective to this space and to support you in reclaiming your health and vitality.

I look forward to seeing you soon.
